Can All Things Really Work Together for Good?
Life is a journey filled with mountain tops and valleys, moments of joy and seasons of challenge. As I reflect on my own life, I am struck by a recurring truth: the hard times I’ve gone through are often the times when I’ve grown the most. These seasons of difficulty, though painful, have helped shaped me into who I am today. They have challenged and deepened my faith, clarified my purpose, and reminded me of God’s faithfulness. Guard Your Heart: Lessons on Marriage from Malachi
Marriage is more than a social contract; it is a sacred covenant designed by God. In Malachi 2:15-16, we find profound wisdom about the divine purpose of marriage, the importance of faithfulness, and God’s heart for relationships:
Didn’t the Lord make you one with your wife? In body and spirit, you are His. And what does He want? Godly children from your union. So guard your heart; remain loyal to the wife of your youth. “For I hate divorce!” says the Lord, the God of Israel. “To divorce your wife is to overwhelm her with cruelty,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies. “So guard your heart; do not be unfaithful to your wife.” Continue reading
Rekindling My First Love for God
As this year comes to a close, I want to write a note of gratitude to the Lord. Last December, I was reading a passage in the book of Revelation:
“But I have this complaint against you. You don’t love Me or each other as you did at first!” (Revelation 2:4, NLT)
As I reflected on these words, God gently prodded my heart and told me that I had lost my first love for Him.
Looking back, I realized this was true. The passion and zeal I once had for God had waned. So, this past year, I decided that rekindling my love for Him would be one of the most important things I could do. Continue reading

Is God On Your Side?
When the Bible speaks of God being on someone’s side, it means that God is actively working for their good, offering His guidance, protection, and favor. Romans 8:31 states, “If God is for us, who can be against us?” This doesn’t mean that life will be free from trouble. David himself wrote Psalm 56 while fleeing from his enemies. Instead, it means that no matter the circumstances, God’s presence, power, and promises are with us. Continue reading

God’s Plans and Purposes in Human History
In the book of Revelation, we find a striking statement: “For God has put it into their hearts to accomplish His purpose by agreeing to hand over to the beast their royal authority, until God’s words are fulfilled” (Revelation 17:17, NIV). This passage reminds us that God’s sovereignty is unmatched. Even when humanity acts in ways that seem contrary to righteousness, God can use these actions to fulfill His divine purposes. The Road to Riches, Honor, and Long Life
The book of Proverbs is a treasure trove of wisdom, offering timeless principles for living a life that is both fruitful and God-honoring. One such principle is found in Proverbs 22:4: “True humility and fear of the Lord lead to riches, honor, and long life.” This single verse encapsulates a profound truth that, when embraced, can transform our lives.
